Windows PowerShell V2 CTP2 has been released. It is a command line shell and scripting language for Windows, with a focus on system administration and automation.
This release includes: support for modules; support for listening, forwarding and acting on management and system events; support for multiple parameter sets in cmdlets; support for hosting PowerShell in IIS; and other changes.
