Windows PowerShell RC1 Update has been released. It is a "task-based command line shell and scripting language for system administration that provides comprehensive control and automation for Windows desktops and servers," formerly known as Monad.
This release includes a fix for an issue affecting the digital signature verification of certain file types, and a fix to allow for installation on Windows Vista on 64-bit machines.
