SWI-Prolog 5.6.28 Released

SWI-Prolog 5.6.28 has been released. SWI-Prolog is a portable, open source Prolog implementation.

This release includes: improved Win64 support, fixes for build issues on Solaris, the addition of library(base64), the re-addition of library(crypt) to the UNIX version, and other changes.
