Mono 1.1.16 Released

Mono 1.1.16 has been released. Mono is an open-source .NET CLI implementation.

This release includes: support for running IronPython 1.0 Beta 8, new performance-enhancing default optimizations, verification and reliability improvements, the addition of support for .NET 2.0 declarative security to the runtime, C# compiler support for switch on nullable types, plus other changes and bugfixes.
