Microsoft Shared Source Common Language Infrastructure 2.0 has been released. It is a "working implementation of the ECMA CLI and the ECMA C# language specification."
This release includes: full support for generics, C# 2.0 features, Lightweight Code Generation, plus other changes and bugfixes.
