Kent Retargettable Occam Compiler 1.4.1-pre3 Released

The Kent Retargettable Occam Compiler 1.4.1-pre3 has been released. It is a portable Occam 2.1 compiler, including extensions from a subset of Occam 3 and from pi calculus.

This release includes: support for ENROLL instead of BARRIER for doing PAR barrier extensions, support for multi-way sync, a fix to prevent PROTOCOLs from being used as variables, support for multi-processor nodes, plus other changes and bugfixes.
