eTcl 1.0-rc8 has been released. eTcl is a standalone, single-executable distribution of Tcl, supporting a number of platforms and including several popular extensions.
This release includes: the availability of compact, standard, and full versions for Windows Mobile and ARM Linux; the restoration of correct multi-byte input handling in Tk on Windows Mobile; support for WinCE 3.0; plus other changes and fixes.
