eTcl 1.0-rc31 Released

eTcl 1.0-rc31 has been released. eTcl is a standalone, single-executable distribution of Tcl, supporting a number of platforms and including several popular extensions.
This release includes: the enabling of and improvements to the Tcl code compactor in the wrap applet, an update to SQLite 3.6.6.2, bug fixes, and other changes.
