This release includes: rehashing support for Dictionary, Set and Bag; Visual Studio compilation and debugging support; completed support for big-endian machines; support for system signal handling; plus other changes and bug fixes.

It has been announced that Dolphin Smalltalk has been discontinued.

Smalltalk YX 0.1.3 has been released. It is a portable, open source Smalltalk-80 implementation.

This release includes: support for Windows CE, a complete Smalltalk compiler, documentation improvements, support for wide-character strings, plus other changes and bug fixes.

It has been announced that registration is now open for the International Smalltalk Joint Conference 2007. It is "a lively forum on cutting edge software technologies that attract people from both academia and industry for a whole week. The attendees are both engineers using Smalltalk in business and students and teachers using Smalltalk both for research and didactic purposes."

The early registration deadline is July 15, 2007. The conference itself will be held from August 25 to 31, 2007, in Lugano, Switzerland.

Testing of this release candidate is requested.

VA Smalltalk 7.5.1 has been released. VA Smalltalk is a multi-platform, VisualAge Smalltalk-compatible Smalltalk implementation.

This release includes: the consolidation of EtToolsVendorExtensionsApp and VisualAgeVendorExtensionsApp, quick form support for DateAndTime, plus other changes and a number of bug fixes.
