iForth32 3.0 has been released. iForth32 is a portable, multithreaded 32-bit ANS Forth implementation.

This release includes: support for OS-level threads and callbacks, a new graphics driver for X, new sound drivers, improved path name support, and other changes.

StrongForth 1.4 has been released. It is a statically-typed Forth-like language, with an implementation for DOS.

This release includes: support for object-oriented programming, and documentation updates.

amforth 2.7 has been released. It is a Forth implementation for the AVR ATmega microcontroller family.

This release includes: a new assembler, packaging changes, bug fixes, and other changes.

VFX Forth for Linux Alpha 8 has been released. VFX Forth for Linux is a 32-bit x86 Forth implementation running on Linux.

This release includes: the Linux support library, and a generic I/O device for serial ports.

amforth 2.5 has been released. It is a Forth implementation for the AVR ATmega microcontroller family.

This release includes: the addition of more microcontroller-specific words, and bug fixes.

4tH 3.5c release 2 has been released. 4tH is a portable, open source Forth implementation.

This release includes: support for defining the default 4tH directory via an environment variable, support for scripting the multitasking environment, library rewrites, and other changes.

FlashForth 3.2 has been released. It is a Forth implementation for the PIC18F.

This release includes: faster compilation, support for writing interrupt routines in Forth or assembler, better MPLAB integration, and other changes.

SP-Forth 4.19 has been released. SP-Forth is an ANS Forth implementation for Windows.

This release includes: optimizer improvements, updates to the assembler, exception handling enhancements, library improvements, documentation updates, bug fixes, and other changes.

Toka 1.2 has been released. It is an experimental, Forth-like language.

This release includes: new C and OFFSET words, and the full integration of the multitasking environment.

4tH 3.5b Release 2 has been released. 4tH is a portable, open source Forth implementation.

This release includes: new and updated words, an interface to the Festival speech synthesizer, bug fixes, and other changes.

EuroForth 2008 has been announced. A call for papers has also been issued. "EuroForth brings together researchers and practitioners from the Forth community. Papers are solicited on all aspects of Forth (applications, implementations, extensions, etc.) and related topics."

The deadline for draft papers is June 27, 2008. The conference will be held from September 26 to 28, 2008, in Vienna, Austria.

It has been announced that Forth Day 2007 will be held on November 17, 2007, at Cogswell College in Sunnyvale, California.
